My college days are long behind me, but I’ll never forget laying on that field, not wanting to accept the reality of my injury. I spent an entire football season focused solely on rehab. I have vivid memories of the physical and psychological pain that came along with not being able to play the sport I loved. My own shoulder injuries and rehabilitation were life changing and ultimately redirected my career path. I wanted to be part of the healing process, and I’m completely invested in my clients’ journeys. Physical therapy is personal to me.
I enjoy working with active people — from the competitive athlete to weekend warriors — runners, cyclists, golfers, or hikers who aspire to progress and perform pain free. I consider myself part of your team and expect to communicate with you in between our one-on-one sessions so we can make changes immediately if necessary. I support individuals looking to return to sports, help people avoid surgery, or assist in the post-operative rehab process.
My main goal is to get you back to your favorite activity as quickly as possible. I don’t need to see you all the time — but I appreciate the emails that share your success stories!
It is hard to shake that competitive edge, so outside the office you will find me welcoming daylight with my F3 buddies. Several of us have joined together to complete the Blue Ridge Relay, the Palmetto 200, the Tough Mudder, Spartan races, and the GoRuck Heavy, Tough, and Light.
My wife, Alli, and I have two amazing daughters, Kailyn and Ella, who are quickly turning me into an avid soccer fan. Rounding out the family is our chocolate lab, Dakoda, and golden retriever, Kirby.
