Be Your Best,
Every Day

Turn
Setbacks Into
Comebacks.

We use a variety of physical therapy, mobility, and strengthening techniques so you can quickly return to a high level of performance. We want to get you moving while we work together, and we don’t want to see you in a constant state of treatment. If you don’t see positive changes, we’ll help you find an alternative resource.

One-on-One Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy

DRY NEEDLING

Dry needling is a treatment that is often coupled with manual therapy and exercise to aid in the healing process. During dry needling, tiny monofilament needles are placed into soft tissue to decrease pain and tightness by influencing a response in the local tissue and nervous system. We often utilize electrical stimulation with dry needling, which has been shown to result in decreased pain and less overall soreness compared to trigger point dry needling.

Manual Therapy

We provide manual therapy to both joint and soft tissue structures to help decrease pain, increase range of motion, and improve coordination. This includes joint and spinal manipulation, which can provide quick relief to irritated tissues, helping you to get back on track with your workouts. Committed to offering the best physical therapy, Catalyst owner Bill Meritt was awarded Fellow status with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2012, a designation held by less than 1% of all physical therapists practicing in the United States.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

This is a specialized branch of physical therapy focused on diagnosing, treating, and managing conditions related to the pelvic region, including muscles, ligaments, and organs. The treatment involves a variety of specialized techniques, including manual therapy, pelvic floor exercises, postural and movement training, and education on lifestyle modifications. Pelvic health physical therapy is particularly beneficial for those experiencing discomfort, pain, or functional limitations related to the pelvic area. Exercise

The in-session treatments are complemented and enhanced by specific exercises that promote healing and help you gain mobility and strength. We focus on adding load-based exercises (i.e. resistance training) to help improve muscle strength and bone density. This kind of training also fosters resilience and confidence to help you attack your training and accomplish your goals at your highest level.

“BILL IS AWESOME!

I herniated my c6-c7 disc and was told I would either need fusion or a prosthetic disc replacement. I worked with Bill to first deal with the pain and then regain my strength. I was able to meet both of these goals without an invasive procedure. Bill listens and understands the problem and then comes up with a treatment plan. I would definitely recommend his services!”
