Holistic Training for Endurance Athletes

Runners and triathletes often struggle to design balanced and effective training programs that cater to their specific needs and keep them injury free. We offer 1-1 training to improve your strength and efficiency, prevent injuries, and meet your unique goals. Our Catalyst Endurance Program combines physical therapy and endurance sports coaching, creating an integrated solution that caters to the full spectrum of triathletes and runners from beginner to advanced.

Our endurance programming is tailored to your needs and current fitness level, which is what makes it great for athletes at all levels!

We begin each month with a phone conversation that includes questions to help us gauge what training volume and regimen would be most appropriate for you. Based on that information, we will create a proper training plan, including videos and other resources, that you can use throughout the month. You will have access to your unique  training program and resources via our custom software system called Jane.

Our goal with Catalyst Endurance Programming (CEP) is to design training plans that mitigate injury risk and overtraining; however, we understand that life happens. As a member of CEP, you will receive an additional 10% off any physical therapy sessions at Catalyst Athletic Rehab. You can be trained and treated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to keep you on track.

Yes, we train triathletes and runners of all skill levels. Whether you’re considering a couch-to-5K plan, or training for your tenth Olympic Distance Triathlon, we are here to help safely and effectively guide you towards your goals.

You will be receiving expertise from a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) whose goal is to merge the science of physical therapy with specialized programming for the endurance athlete. CEP also provides you with a partner who  can hold you accountable to your workouts so you can achieve your goals.

We offer maintenance endurance programming as well! Setting goals for endurance training, even if there isn’t a race on the horizon, is a great way to stay in shape and give you the ability to race with little notice.

Yes! As a member of CEP, you will receive exclusive access to recovery sessions that include modalities such as dry needling, cupping, Graston, and soft tissue work. We use these tools on an as-needed basis to help reduce muscle soreness, improve recovery, and help you get through harder training weeks. You also will have direct access to a physical therapist at all times (via text or email) in case you have any questions or concerns about your program.
