Champions has been training and empowering families in Lake Norman for 14 years. They provide individualized training designed to maximize athletic performance and enhance injury resilience. Their mission is to provide a fun and effective environment that builds confidence, supports fitness goals, and promotes active lifestyles for everyone.
private training
Work exclusively one-on-one with an expert trainer. Get coaching, guidance, instruction, and encouragement all while being closely supervised in a safe environment. Whatever your goal may be – weight loss, general health, or improved performance – we’ll work with you to get there.
small group training
Work in a limited group with up to 3 other individuals for a more cost-efficient option. You still get the coaching, guidance, and encouragement you need, but in a more budget-friendly format.
custom small group training
This is designed for small groups who have a common goal. Runners that need strength training? We got you. Group of women who want to learn the benefits of strength training in a non-judgmental environment? We’re the place. Sport-specific training for members of your team? We’ll help you bring home the title.
