We work one-on-one with you to find the root cause of your pain and incorporate exercise, manual therapy, and functional training for long-term success.

1. MOVE PAIN FREE
Let’s eliminate that pain! We use a comprehensive assessment to determine the cause of your discomfort and come up with a complete plan to get you operating at your optimal level. There will be homework, so your rehabilitation doesn’t stop when you leave a session.

2. STEP INTO STRENGTH
Once we have calmed you down, we want to build you back up! Our well-equipped facility allows us to incorporate progressive movement and strength training to help you build a strong foundation.

3. PERFORM AT YOUR PEAK
It’s time to optimize your performance. We implement preventative strategies to decrease the likelihood that your pain will return and help you build toward your goals so you can perform at a higher level than you were pre-injury. All we ask is that you send us a picture at the finish line!
